With this extension for Shopware 6 you now have the possibility to realise a participant booking for your events. Participant booking is ideal for seminars, courses, trade fairs and all other types of events for which participant booking is required.
Your customers can enter the participant data (first name, surname, email) either directly in the shopping basket or on the /checkout/confirm page. Optionally, you can activate the additional "Company" field.
To ensure optimum usability, customers are taken directly to the shopping basket after clicking on the "Add to basket" button, where they can enter the participant data directly.
Under the menu item Seminar participants it is also possible to export the list of participants as an .xls file. The export can be based on the seminar or the order.
The extension is also fully integrated into the Shopware API. This means you can transfer the attendee data to your event, course or seminar software via API.

Activate this option to show the company field when booking participants.
If this option is activated, the company field becomes a required field.
- Install and activate the extension.
- Activate the additional field "Activate participant booking" for the desired products.
- Optional: The extension provides an email template for the order confirmation with participant details. Assign this template to your "Order placed" flow.
