The renewal of updates and support cost 40% of the current purchase price. The extension is valid for one year.
What do you need to obtain plugins?
In order to use plugins from our store, you need our free plugin store client. Once you have installed this, you can see all your plugins and their updates directly in Shopware and also install them there. This way your shop is always up to date.
Of course, you can still download and update plugins from the Shopware Community Store, because our client is a supplement to the Shopware Community Store. It is independent of Shopware and yet 100% compatible.
What are support and updates?
If your plugin includes support and updates, you will always receive the latest updates from the plugin manufacturer and support for questions and problems. The updates are important so that the plugin is always compatible with the latest version of Shopware and security gaps are fixed. In addition, updates often bring new functions and optimisations.
How long are support and updates valid?
Support and updates are always included for one year with a purchase. After that, you can extend this service for another year for 40% of the current purchase price of the plug-in.
