This app allows you to extend your risk management with risk-free customers and risk users.
The following scenarios are possible with the app:
- Exclude customers from risk management
- Mark customers as risk users (There is a new rule in risk management to block risk users for payment types)
- Block customers based on individual attributes.
Block customers based on individual attributes
If you want to block a customer with the attribute "lenz_block_sepa" for the payment type SEPA, enter the following value for the attribute customer in the risk management for the payment type SEPA:lenz_block_sepa=1
Important: The attribute and the value are always separated by an "=" (equal sign).

- Set for affected customers in their customer account, the checkmarks for risk users or exception from risk management.
